{"id":356,"date":"2021-02-09T13:02:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-09T12:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fibromialgiabenavente.es\/?p=356"},"modified":"2021-04-12T13:45:02","modified_gmt":"2021-04-12T11:45:02","slug":"fibroniebla-un-despiste-constante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fibromialgiabenavente.es\/?p=356","title":{"rendered":"Fibroniebla, un despiste constante"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>fibroniebla o niebla del cerebro<\/strong> es una de las quejas m\u00e1s comunes de las personas con fibromialgia y s\u00edndrome de fatiga cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta disfunci\u00f3n cognitiva supone un gran impacto en su vida diaria y en ocasiones, puede llegar a ser tan incapacitante como los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos. En la niebla mental o fibroniebla, una peque\u00f1a parte de las neuronas \u201cse apagan\u201d de forma moment\u00e1nea, de ah\u00ed, esa sensaci\u00f3n de \u201cquedarse en blanco\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>s\u00edntomas<\/strong> m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dificultad para recordar palabras o dar un uso incorrecto de ellas.<\/li><li>Olvido, incapacidad para recordar lo que ha le\u00eddo o escuchado.<\/li><li>Desorientaci\u00f3n espacial, se tiene problemas para recordar d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n las cosas.<\/li><li>Incapacidad para prestar atenci\u00f3n a m\u00e1s de una cosa.<\/li><li>Confusi\u00f3n y dificultad para concentrarse, problemas de procesamiento de informaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Dificultad para realizar operaciones matem\u00e1ticas sencillas, recordar n\u00famero de telef\u00f3no, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La niebla del cerebro, en general, es peor cuando el dolor empeora. Adem\u00e1s, puede verse agravada cuando se est\u00e1 ansioso, agobiado o tenemos una sobrecarga sensorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante darse cuenta de que la fibroniebla refleja una enfermedad no un cerebro enfermo. Al igual que debemos aprender a gestionar la energ\u00eda f\u00edsica, tambi\u00e9n debemos entrenar nuestras capacidades cognitivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peque\u00f1os h\u00e1bitos para mejorar los s\u00edntomas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primero no puede ser otro que <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">entrenar nuestro cerebro<\/span>. Crear una rutina de ejercicios mentales nos ayudar\u00e1 a mantenernos &nbsp;activos mentalmente. Cuando sentimos que no podemos pensar con claridad es el momento de descansar unos minutos. Busca un lugar tranquilo, alejado de ruidos y despeja tu mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mejorar la calidad del sue\u00f1o<\/span>. Hay que procurar mantener la calma ya que si nos irritamos o enfadamos, los s\u00edntomas empeorar\u00e1n.
